What information should I send?+
Include the part number, machine make and model, serial number, quantity and destination. A readable marking photo or parts drawing is helpful.
What if I don’t have a part number?+
Send the machine information and a clear identification-plate or component-marking photo. The team can review what else is needed before quoting.
Can I request several parts together?+
Yes. Put each part number and quantity on a separate line. You can attach a list when sending your email.
How are availability and delivery confirmed?+
The team checks the exact items and discusses the supply arrangement and destination with your quotation.
Can I ask about a part that is not listed?+
